Please note: Services are personalized based on the Client’s needs, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as job placement or business success.
2. Client Obligations
By using our Services, you agree to:
2.1 Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all information you provide, including resumes and job history, is truthful and accurate.
2.2 Engage Actively: Actively participate in consultations, coaching sessions, and any processes outlined during the engagement.
2.3 Respect Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary materials, tools, and resources shared during the engagement.
Failure to meet these obligations may impact the effectiveness of the Services and could result in termination of the agreement.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees: Fees for Services are outlined in the invoice provided and must be paid in full before Services commence, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2 Refunds: Refunds are not issued for Services already rendered.
3.3 Late Payments: Payments not received within 3 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
4.1 Confidentiality: All information shared during the engagement is confidential and will not be disclosed without prior consent, except as required by law.
4.2 Privacy Policy: We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. For details on how we handle personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
5.1 No Guarantees: We provide guidance and resources but cannot guarantee specific results, such as job placement or business success, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
5.2 Service Limitation: iConnectAPro is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
5.3 Third-Party Links: Our website or materials may include links to third-party resources for your convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All materials, resources, and tools provided by iConnectAPro are the intellectual property of iConnectAPro Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6.2 License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal development and job search purposes.
7. Termination of Services
7.1 By the Client: You may terminate Services with 7 days’ written notice. Fees for Services already delivered are non-refundable.
7.2 By iConnectAPro: We reserve the right to terminate Services at our discretion, including for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Arbitration Agreement
8.1 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
8.2 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The exclusive venue for any disputes is Delaware, USA.
10. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time upon notice. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
