iConnectAPro offers a range of consulting and professional services, including but not limited to:

1.1 Real Estate & Investment Consulting – Guidance for investors, developers, and brokerages on property acquisition, off-plan projects, market analysis, and portfolio strategy.

1.2 Business Consulting – Support in business setup, process optimization, operational strategy, and growth planning for real estate and investment enterprises.

1.3 Sales Training & Coaching – Customized training for real estate brokerages, developers, and sales teams on lead generation, client management, deal closing, and performance improvement.

Please note: While Services are tailored to each Client’s objectives, iConnectAPro does not guarantee specific financial results, investment returns, or business outcomes, as these depend on market conditions and external factors.

 

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our Services, you agree to:

2.1 Provide Accurate Information – Ensure all information shared about yourself, your business, or your investments is truthful and accurate.

2.2 Engage Actively – Participate in consultations, training, and any processes outlined during the engagement.

2.3 Respect Confidentiality – Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary materials, tools, and resources shared during the engagement.

Failure to meet these obligations may limit the effectiveness of Services and could result in termination of the engagement.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees – Service fees are outlined in invoices and must be paid in full before Services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Refunds – Refunds are not provided for Services already rendered.

3.3 Late Payments – Payments not received within 3 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.

 

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

4.1 Confidentiality – All information shared during engagement is confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

5.1 No Guarantees – iConnectAPro provides guidance and resources but cannot guarantee specific investment results, financial returns, or business outcomes.

5.2 Service Limitation – iConnectAPro is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including market risks or economic changes.

5.3 Third-Party Links – Our website or materials may include links to third-party resources. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership – All materials, resources, and tools provided by iConnectAPro are the intellectual property of iConnectAPro Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

6.2 License – Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials solely for personal or business development purposes.

 

7. Termination of Services

7.1 By the Client – You may terminate Services with 7 days’ written notice. Fees for Services already delivered are non-refundable.

7.2 By iConnectAPro – We may terminate Services at our discretion for non-payment, breach of Terms, or inappropriate behavior.

 

8. Arbitration Agreement

8.1 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

8.2 Class Action Waiver – You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The exclusive venue for disputes is Delaware, USA.

 

10. Amendments to Terms

iConnectAPro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
